MGM Resorts International is seeking a Creative Producer in Las Vegas to shape immersive event concepts and drive the full creative process from ideation to on-site execution. You will partner with clients, internal teams and trusted vendors to craft visually striking narratives and cohesive brand identities that resonate with diverse audiences.

The role leverages knowledge of design trends, storytelling, and technology to deliver high-impact experiences for corporate, social and in-house events.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of prior relevant experience in event concepts and production.
• Ability to translate client goals into cohesive themes and experiential designs.
• Background in event production, design, sales, or entertainment management.

The Creative Producer is instrumental in setting the tone and aesthetic direction for events, leveraging knowledge of trends in design, technology, and storytelling to produce impactful experiences. This position is an active MREP Ambassador for the company within the events and entertainment industry. The candidate will engage in all applicable training, safety and SOP's that contribute to overall success of the department and MGM company. **THE DAY-TO-DAY:*** Brainstorm and develop original concepts for events that align with client goals, target audiences, and brand identities* Foster partnerships with clients, cross departments and vendors.
