MGM Resorts International is seeking a Process Specialist for the Finance Shared Services team. This role supports daily departmental tasks, audits, and cross-functional collaboration to implement and maintain business solutions.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and often a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Management, with preferred 1+ year of shared services experience. The position is full-time with home office options in the US/NV.

Assigned tasks will require a mixture of data entry, technical, and analytical skills.
