Job summary

Photon is seeking an experienced Design Program Manager to coordinate design teams and align stakeholders across a global organization. You will manage workflows in Jira, facilitate sprint practices, and advocate for design value with product and engineering partners.

Candidates should excel at unifying distributed teams, communicating clearly, and driving end-to-end design processes from ideation to delivery.

• Provide ongoing support and coordination for designers.
