Responsibilities

• Safely use utensils including knives and operate ovens, stoves, and mixers.
• Bake, roast, broil, steam, and apply various cooking methods to foods.
• Portion and garnish foods according to guidelines.
• Store food following safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain clean work areas and equipment and uphold customer service.
