Qualifications

• Experience as a cook or in a related role is required.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking methods, and sanitation.
• Must be able to obtain food safety certification.
• Basic math and counting skills.
• Demonstrates interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare a variety of foods according to recipes and guidelines.
• Set up workstation with ingredients and equipment.
• Prepare ingredients by measuring, weighing, and chopping.
• Operate ovens, stoves, slicers, mixers.
• Bake, roast, broil, steam and use multiple cooking methods.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation, and serve guests with courtesy.
• Ensures security of company assets.
