Job summary

TEKsystems in Seattle, WA is seeking a Creative Project Manager to support a fast-paced, audio-focused technology environment. The role blends project leadership, creative production support, workflow optimization, and executive-level presentation development, with strong Figma expertise required.

Hybrid work model with onsite presence 3 days per week in Seattle or other listed locations (Burlingame, NY, Seattle).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management or creative production experience in tech or software.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects end-to-end.
• Advanced Figma skills for presentations and decks.
• Experience with Jira/Asana/Trello or similar task managers.
• Strong PM methodologies and superb attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating small teams (5–10) and cross-functional groups.
• Proficiency with Mac OS, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365.
• Ability to balance competing priorities independently and with teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple creative and technical projects from initiation through delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts across creative, product, engineering and operations.
• Partner with creative teams to manage audio design, production, deployment, and QA.
• Track milestones, timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
• Create high-quality presentations and executive updates in Figma.
• Maintain asset management systems, file structures, and version control.
• Develop scalable workflows and drive process improvements.
• Support AI-driven tools, agents, and workflow enhancements.
• Facilitate team meetings, onboarding, and training programs.
• Develop project plans, process docs, dashboards, and reporting materials.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for project success.
• Analyze and visualize project data to communicate progress and insights.
