You will ensure smooth operations of food stations, prepare ingredients to SOPs, and uphold a sanitised environment while setting up stations with what is needed for daily service.

You will contribute to great presentation, safe storage, and accurate ingredient quality checks, while collaborating closely with teammates to support menu execution

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of food stations.
• Ensure ingredients are prepared per SOPs.
• Maintain a sanitised and orderly kitchen environment.
• Set up workstations with needed ingredients and equipment.
• Prepare ingredients; training will be provided.
• Ensure great presentation of dishes.
• Store food and other items properly.
• Check the quality of ingredients.
• Monitor stock and place mise en place orders.
