• Partner with Lead Pastor and teaching team on weekend experiences, sermon series branding, and overall communications language.
• Establish clear organizational systems for meetings, project execution, and staff workflows.
• Lead with alignment, translating executive direction to the team with unity.
• Manage the creative department budget and travel across campuses to maintain consistency and spiritual health.
• Steward Nashville’s artist community to use talents for the Kingdom.
