Job summary

Michaels is seeking an energetic events coordinator for the Kenosha store. You will plan and run children's parties and other in-store events, assist customers with product selection, and support checkout and rewards enrollment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and facilitate events for Michaels stores (including kids birthday parties).
• Provide fast, friendly customer service and assist shoppers in-store.
• Assist with checkout processes and rewards program enrollments.
• Handle administrative tasks: emails, calls, paperwork.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety; support SOPs.
