Qualifications

• Must have experience working with children and children’s events.

• Retail and/or customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate multiple events at once, including children’s birthdays and other craft classes.
• Engage with clients and guests of all ages to create a fun, creative environment.
• Demonstrate and instruct party participants in craft projects; perform face painting and activities.
• Facilitate party add-ons such as goody bags, balloons, etc. to company standards.
• Communicate events with clients and store team members; handle administrative tasks.
• Set up, run, and break down events; ensure safety and store standards.
