Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate events in-store, including kids' parties and craft classes.
• Engage with clients of all ages to create a fun, creative environment.
• Demonstrate and instruct participants in craft projects; perform face painting and activities.
• Coordinate party add-ons (goody bags, balloons) to company standards.
• Handle emails, calls, and paperwork; communicate with store team and clients.
• Set up/break down events; ensure safety and cleanliness; comply with SOPs.
