Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Pantry Cook or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble cold food items, salads and appetizers per recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of pantry station and storage areas.
• Ensure freshness and proper storage of all food items; follow safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth production.
• Support inventory management including stock rotation and ordering.
• Assist with menu development and seasonal changes.
