Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Manager of Creative Operations & Resource Management to drive capacity planning, forecasting, and reporting across creative and production teams. You will partner with Creative, Production, Finance, Procurement, and agencies to optimize workflows and governance, with strong emphasis on data-driven decisions.

The role requires 5+ years in related fields, advanced Excel and experience with management systems such as Adobe Workfront, Smartsheet, or Screendragon.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in Creative Operations, Marketing Operations, Resource Management, Project Management, or Agency Operations.
• Strong forecasting, capacity planning, and reporting experience.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis.
• Experience with workflow or project management systems.
• Experience with font management and usage rights.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead resource forecasting, capacity planning, and workload management.
• Analyze project demand and utilization; identify risks and needs.
• Develop resource models, dashboards, and forecasting reports.
• Partner with leadership on staffing and prioritization.
• Support workflow management tools and create SOPs and training.
• Drive workflow consistency, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Create reports on project volume, utilization, and performance; build executive dashboards.
• Manage invoice tracking, budget reporting, and vendor coordination.
• Support creative operations including intake, asset governance, and production files.
