The role partners with Creative, Production, Finance, Procurement, and agencies to optimize workflows and governance.

The ideal candidate is analytical and systems-oriented, with proven experience in resource forecasting, dashboards, and executive reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in Creative Operations, Marketing Operations, Resource Management, Project Management, or Agency Operations.
• Strong experience in resource forecasting, capacity planning, and reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis.
• Experience with workflow or project management systems.
• Adobe Workfront experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead resource forecasting, capacity planning, and workload management.
• Analyze project demand and utilization to identify resource needs and risks.
• Develop resource models, dashboards, and forecasting reports.
• Partner with leadership on prioritization and staffing recommendations.
• Support workflow management tools and create SOPs and documentation.
• Create and manage reports on project volume, resource utilization, and performance.
