Keurig Dr Pepper's Winter 2027 Creative Operations Co-op offers hands-on experience coordinating workflows, templates, and training materials for the Creative Team. You’ll gain exposure to project management systems, asset workflows, and product launch planning while supporting cross-functional teams across marketing and design.

This paid co-op runs Jan 4–May 21, 2027, in Burlington, MA, with a hybrid in-office schedule.

Formación

• Undergraduate enrolled in a full-time program with expected graduation Fall 2027 or Spring 2028.
• Interest in workflow/process improvement and creative operations.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills including listening, writing and speaking.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to changes.
• Familiarity with project management tools and Adobe Suite is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with designers to develop templates that simplify brand/legal reviews.
• Review team workflows to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Document processes across creative brief templates.
• Create training materials and onboarding documentation, including videos.
• Help manage and create efficiencies for the creative team within workflows in our project management tool.
