Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper in Burlington, MA is seeking a Fall 2027 Creative Operations Co-op to support the Creative Team with process, workflow, and administrative tasks. You will help manage asset workflows and assist with project coordination.

This paid, full-time program runs July 12 to December 3, 2027, hybrid in-office Tue-Thu, offering exposure to cross-functional teams and mentorship; students studying Marketing, Communications, Business, Design, or related fields are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student enrolled in full-time program with expected graduation Fall 2027 or Spring 2028.
• Interest in workflow/process improvement and creative operations.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills including listening, written, and verbal abilities.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to changes.
• Familiarity with project management tools and Adobe Suite is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with designers to develop templates that simplify brand/legal reviews.
• Contribute to reviewing team workflows to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in process documentation across creative brief templates.
• Create training materials and onboarding documentation, including videos.
• Help manage and create efficiencies for creative team and other users within workflows in our project management tool.
