Job summary

Gartner, Inc. in Stamford, CT is seeking an Operations Specialist to enable a high-performing creative organization spanning video, design, and multimedia delivery.

You will document workflows, establish SOPs, and govern project intake while partnering with Marketing, Communications, HR, IT, and production teams. You will monitor workflow health, optimize resources, maintain dashboards, and translate data into actionable insights for leadership.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in operations, project operations, or related roles.
• Experience supporting creative, marketing, or production teams.
• Outstanding organizational skills and detail orientation.
• Strong process management and documentation capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and maintain workflows, SOPs, playbooks, and guides.
• Evaluate processes to improve efficiency, consistency, scalability, quality.
• Establish governance for project intake, prioritization, approvals, workflow management.
• Partner with the project manager to move work through the lifecycle.
• Maintain project management systems, templates, and tools.
• Create and maintain centralized knowledge docs and templates.
• Track operational metrics and provide insights to leadership.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Communications, HR, IT across teams.
• Support change management for workflow and process initiatives.
