Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in creative production, project management, or creative operations.
• Proficiency in Asana, JIRA, and Google Drive/Workspace with strong communication.
• Proactive and organized with ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet timelines.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the Asana board as the single source of truth.
• Manage request intake, scope requests, assign owners and deadlines.
• Serve as the point of contact for brand web tickets via JIRA, aligning priorities across teams.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in creative production, project management, or creative operations, ideally in-house or at an agency.
• Proficiency in Asana, JIRA (a plus), and Google Drive/Workspace, with strong communication skills.
• A proactive, organized approach to managing multiple workstreams and holding people accountable to timelines.
