Job summary

Huckleberry Labs is seeking a Creative Producer / Creative Operations Manager to streamline our brand and web workflows. You’ll own the Creative Production Asana board, manage intake and timelines, and serve as the contact for brand-related web tickets, collaborating with the marketing team and external product partners.

This is a 6-month, 40-hour-per-week, 1099 contract position in Los Angeles. You will help align priorities across design, development, and growth teams to deliver timely,

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in creative production or project management.
• Background working with design or brand creative teams.
• Comfort managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with project management tools — Asana preferred; Jira helpful.
• Comfortable managing files in Google Drive/Workspace.
• Strong communication to align creative, dev and growth teams.
• Proactive, organized approach to setting timelines and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Creative Production Asana board as the single source of truth for in-flight work.
• Manage intake, scope, deadlines, and workbacks for creative deliverables.
• Align on priorities with the creative team and balance bandwidth.
• Provide status updates and gather stakeholder feedback throughout production.
• Manage brand assets in Google Drive and keep files organized.
• Run weekly syncs to review status, blockers, and priorities.
• Own and manage Brand Web tickets via the Web-Brand JIRA board.
• Serve as the contact between Dev and Growth on brand web requests.
• Coordinate cross-functional priorities across Dev, Growth and creative.
• Communicate status updates to stakeholders via Slack and JIRA.
