We are Ad Hock, Visa's internal creative agency. Just as Visa founder Dee Hock revolutionized the way we pay, Ad Hock is taking a new approach by developing a fully functional in-house advertising agency. We create high-visibility content supporting every layer of the funnel, starting with brand awareness. Approximately 50% of our efforts support Visa’s core brand and sponsorships, while the other 50% support Visa’s partners and clients as an external creative agency. It’s a dynamic mix of client-side and agency life!
Our team is rapidly expanding, and we’re looking for a Creative Operations Manager to scale our tools and workflows to meet increasing client demand for bigger, better, bolder content.
If you excel at developing workflows that enable a fast-growing team to operate efficiently, we want to speak with you! You will manage project planning, resourcing, scheduling, and tracking to ensure smooth operations.
You will have a broad overview of all team activities, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality content on time and within budget.
You will report to the Sr. Director of Creative Operations and collaborate with project managers, producers, account teams, creative teams, and external partners.
This position is hybrid; days in the office will be confirmed by your manager.
Basic Qualifications: 5+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years with an advanced degree, or no experience with a PhD.
Preferred Qualifications: 8+ years in creative operations, production, or project management within an agency or in-house team; deep understanding of the creative process and tools; experience with broadcast, social media, web video, OOH, print, digital ads, and email marketing; excellent stakeholder management skills; proficiency in project management tools and Adobe WorkFront.
Work Hours: Varies based on department needs.
Travel: 5-10% of the time.
Physical/Mental Requirements: Office-based; sitting, standing, communication, and standard office equipment use.

U.S. Applicants: Salary range is $132,300 - $172,000 annually, potentially including incentives, bonuses, and equity. Benefits include health coverage, 401(k), paid time off, and wellness programs.
