Job summary

SC Johnson is seeking an Associate Manager, Packaging Engineer to lead end-to-end packaging development for North America Home Fragrance. You will drive sustainability and regulatory priorities while guiding diverse teams to deliver innovative packaging across formats.

You will apply engineering expertise to qualify new packaging solutions, evaluate emerging technologies, and mentor other engineers. Domestic relocation may be available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Packaging or related engineering with 6+ years of packaging development experience (or Master's with 4+ years).
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end packaging development for North America Home Fragrance projects (primary, secondary, and e-commerce).
• Drive sustainability priorities and regulatory alignment for NACB Home Fragrance.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor packaging engineers across the portfolio.
• Explore and assess emerging packaging technologies, materials, and capabilities.
• Develop test plans, perform lab tests, and document results in technical reports.
