Job summary

SC Johnson & Son, Inc. is seeking an Associate Manager, Creative Operations to own end‑to‑end creative workflows for packaging and brand graphics across a consumer portfolio.

You will partner with design, marketing, legal, and production to turn bold ideas into high-quality, on-time deliverables while optimizing processes and building scalable workflows that boost brand impact and business results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, design management, marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in creative operations, production design, or project/studio management within consumer products or similar industry.
• Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of creative workflows from concept through production for packaging and brand design projects.
• Serve as a strategic partner between Design, Graphics, Marketing, Legal, R&D, and external vendors.
• Collaborate with Pre-Media, Artwork, and Design Teams to translate creative intent into production-ready assets.
• Build, refine, and document SOPs and toolkits to increase efficiency and scalability.
• Manage external agency relationships, including briefing, timing, and budget oversight.
• Conduct technical quality reviews of design files for dielines, color, typography, and print specs.
• Ensure DAM practices and brand governance are followed.
