Job summary

Sinclair Broadcast Group in Pensacola, FL is seeking a Client Services Manager to lead a team of Content Creators through the full cycle of commercial spots, branded content, and digital campaigns. You will stay hands-on in production while coordinating across multiple markets to keep projects moving, timelines intact, and clients supported.

You will partner with Sales, Creative Services, Production, and Digital teams to prioritize work, remove roadblocks, coach your team, and ensure campaigns

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in client services, creative services, production coordination, media operations, or account management.
• Experience leading creative teams or managing high-volume production workflows.
• Strong understanding of commercial production, digital advertising, integrated marketing campaigns, and creative project management.
• Ability to write, produce, shoot, and edit compelling commercial and branded content.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of Content Creators responsible for producing commercial spots, branded content, digital campaigns, and client deliverables across multiple Sinclair markets.
• Coordinate workflow across multiple Sinclair markets, ensuring projects move efficiently from order entry through final delivery.
• Partner with Sales, Creative Services, Production, and Digital teams to establish priorities, manage timelines, and resolve challenges.
• Review project requests for completeness, accuracy, and required creative assets before production begins.
• Track production schedules, revisions, approvals, and air-ready deadlines to ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee quality control of commercial spots, digital campaigns, and other client deliverables.
• Contribute creatively by writing, producing, shooting, and editing commercial spots, branded content, and other creative projects as business needs require.
• Manage workflow through Adobe Workfront and other Sinclair systems while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members through training, performance feedback, and workflow best practices.
