Job summary

ITA Group, based in West Des Moines, is seeking a Manager, Creative Delivery to supervise a team of Creative Campaign Managers and Project Managers. The role drives the creative execution and operational workflow for campaigns and projects within Engagement Communications, delivering high-quality materials for internal and external clients.

The Manager oversees department operations, ensuring efficient, profitable workflows and provides guidance for training and career development of team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or Journalism or related field.
• Minimum eight years in a Marketing or Creative agency or similar environment.
• Minimum two years project or team lead experience preferred.
• Ability to thrive by creating order out of chaos in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of responsibilities with poise.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Creative Campaign Managers and Project Managers/Coordinators to deliver campaigns and projects.
• Provide oversight to Engagement Communications department operations and workflow to ensure smooth, profitable operations.
• Guide and support team members with training, development and career growth.
