Job summary

Insight Global in Beaverton, OR is seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator within the Operations team to guide end-to-end product copy initiatives, aligning deliverables across groups to meet launch dates while maintaining brand standards.

You will coordinate with writers, editors, and stakeholders to ensure content meets brand standards, manage intake and triage of copy requests, and track milestones to keep schedules on track in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination or production management within a corporate, agency, or e-commerce environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail, organization, accuracy, and follow-through.
  • Strong analytical and data management skills, including experience working with large Excel datasets, validating data accuracy, and reconciling information across multiple sources and systems.
  • Considerable proficiency in Airtable, including experience managing complex databases, building and maintaining interfaces, and supporting scalable operational workflows.
  • Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to identify inefficiencies, develop solutions, and independently drive implementation with minimal oversight
  • Ability to lead through influence, establish credibility among peers and cross-functional partners, and serve as a trusted resource for process improvement and operational best practices. Experience working with product data, commerce planning data, merchandising data, or related retail/product operations systems.
  • Experience supporting creative, marketing, product, merchandising, or commerce operations teams within a fast-paced enterprise environment.
  • Experience creating Airtable automations
  • Experience with figma

Responsibilities

  • Track project milestones, identify risks, and proactively resolve blockers to maintain momentum across workstreams
  • Analyze and report on project performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency
  • Maintain and evolve documentation for workflows, processes, and best practices within the copy production lifecycle
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal partners to ensure seamless delivery and publishing of copy assets
  • Identify and implement process improvements that reduce manual effort and increase creative team capacity

  • Working within our Operations team, you'll guide deliverables across the business from start to finish, ensuring copy is delivered as efficiently as possible to meet launch dates, without sacrificing the rich storytelling we are so proud of. You will find new opportunities to deliver content online to offline, seeing through the noise to guarantee success.
  • You’ll work to align deliverables, weigh priorities, and unlock new information to help our writers and editors meet daily, weekly, and seasonal deadlines.
  • You will support the intake of individual requests, aligning their urgency with set goals and report out on metrics that will help steer the business to become more efficient.
