Job summary

Surface Experts is seeking a Technician to perform on-site repairs with a focus on color matching and customer service. You will work in various environments, solving repairs creatively and efficiently, often within an hour or less, with training and a company vehicle provided.

No overtime or nights required; you will join a supportive team, receive onboarding, and have ongoing repair training and career development opportunities to grow within the emerging surface repair trade.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience doing some form of manual work – From construction and manufacturing, to painting or sculpting.
• A background in facilities maintenance is helpful but not a deal breaker.
• Must be able to see, distinguish, and replicate colors – color matching is integral to our process.

Responsibilities

• In the Field Daily: Complete 4 or more creative repairs on-site each day; Perform work on-location with strong customer service; Problem-solve across a variety of settings.
• Customer Service and Communication: Treat tenants and staff with exceptional customer service; Update progress in CRM/Dispatch tool; Collaborate with Support Team to solve issues.
• Follow Repair Process: Learn and apply our 5-step process; Master each instrument and tool in the toolkit; Flex artistic talents for unique repairs.
