Job summary

Inspire Communities, a leading owner and operator of manufactured housing communities and RV resorts, seeks a Marketing Specialist: Creative & Content to develop and manage compelling content across brands, homes, destinations, and campaigns.

You will translate strategy into visual, written, digital, video, social, and print assets; collaborate with cross-functional teams; maintain calendars; and ensure content aligns with brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop compelling content for Inspire's brands, homes, destinations, campaigns, promotions, events, and corporate initiatives.
• Create and manage engaging organic social content to support brand communities.
• Collaborate with paid media and other teams to support campaign performance with creative assets.
• Produce photo and video content for communities, homes, destinations, events, campaigns, and initiatives.
• Write concise, brand-appropriate copy across channels.
• Maintain and strengthen Inspire's visual and written brand standards.
• Update marketing content for websites and landing pages.
• Coordinate campaigns into complete creative packages for marketing teams.
• Maintain an organized content calendar aligned with priorities, campaigns, and events.
