Job summary

Inspire Communities is seeking a Marketing Specialist: Paid Media & Performance to lead Google Ads and paid search efforts across our manufactured housing communities nationwide. You'll own strategy, execution, optimization, and ongoing testing to improve lead volume, quality, and return on ad spend, while collaborating across teams to shape a broader paid media approach over time.

This is a hands-on, analytic role ideal for a curious, proactive thinker who thrives on improving performance

Qualifications

• Experience managing paid media campaigns across digital channels.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads and paid search best practices.
• Ability to perform keyword research and competitive analysis.
• Proficiency in evaluating metrics to optimize campaigns and ROAS.
• Experience with analytics tools to measure and report performance.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day strategy, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns with primary focus on Google Ads.
• Create, launch, update, and optimize paid search campaigns across the portfolio.
• Develop campaign structures by geography, community, product type, and intent.
• Conduct ongoing keyword and search behavior research to identify opportunities.
• Develop and refresh paid advertising content (headlines, descriptions, CTAs).
• Monitor spend against budgets and evaluate customer journey from ad to lead conversion.
