Inspire Communities in Greenwood Village, CO, seeks a Marketing Specialist: Creative & Content to develop and maintain the creative content that brings Inspire’s brands, communities, homes, destinations, and campaigns to life.

This role translates marketing strategies into visual, written, digital, video, social, and print content, serving as a central creative resource for the team and partners to ensure high-quality assets and on-brand materials.

Aufgaben

• Develop compelling creative content supporting Inspire’s communities, homes, destinations, campaigns, promotions, events, and initiatives.
• Create and maintain engaging organic social media content that supports Aspire’s brands and communities.
• Partner with paid media to develop creative assets for campaign performance.
• Create and coordinate photo and video content for communities, homes, events, and marketing initiatives.
• Help maintain and strengthen Inspire’s visual and written brand standards.
• Develop materials supporting community and property marketing needs.
• Create and update marketing content for websites and landing pages.
• Collaborate to translate campaign strategies into complete creative packages.
• Maintain a content calendar aligned with priorities, campaigns, seasons, promotions, and events.
• Develop strategies for gathering authentic content from community teams.
• Work closely with Marketing leadership, New Developments, Paid Media & Performance, Social Media & Performance, Sales, Operations, HubSpot/CRM, and external creatives.
