Job summary

Gismart ищет специалиста на позицию креативного продюсера в области performance-маркетинга для продвижения мобильного приложения Dancebit. Ваша задача — разрабатывать креативные стратегии, работать с Product и UA командами, тестировать идеи, анализировать результаты и оптимизировать контент для повышения вовлеченности и конверсии.

Требуется минимум 6 месяцев опыта, умение работать с аналитикой и англ. языком на уровне не ниже B2.

Qualifications

• Минимум 6 месяцев опыта в creative producer в performance marketing.
• Целеориентированность и data‑driven подход к принятию решений.
• Понимание целевой аудитории и потребностей пользователей.
• Умение разрабатывать и реализовывать креативные стратегии и контент.
• Опыт с аналитикой и оптимизацией креативов, коммуникабельность и оргвозможности.
• Гибкость к изменениям, самостоятельность и владение английским не ниже B2.

Responsibilities

• Разработка стратегий и концепций продвижения мобильного приложения.
• Сотрудничество с Product и UA командами для выявления ключевых функций и преимуществ.
• Оптимизация креативов по аналитике и отзывам пользователей.
• Проведение конкурентов�кого исследования и тестирование идей.
• Создание рекламных материалов для META, Google и других сетей.
• Проведение брейнстормов, координация с дизайнерами и иллюстраторами.

It’s the perfect app for anyone looking to stay fit and active through dancing at home.

Задачи:

Developing creative strategies and concepts for promoting the mobile application. Working closely with the Product and UA teams to identify key features and advantages of the application, and trying different collaborative approaches to boost performance. Optimizing creatives based on analytical data and user feedback. Conducting competitors’ research to analyze best practices on the market. Creating advertisements for META, Google, and other networks. Organizing brainstorms with the team. Writing briefs for UGC, evaluating results, and reworking content to improve the results. Collaborate with designers and illustrators to quickly test ideas.

Требования:

Minimum 6 months of experience as a creative producer in performance marketing (preferably in the healthy lifestyle, nutrition, or fitness domain). Data-driven approach to decision-making. Deep understanding of the target audience and their needs. Ability to create and implement engaging, informative, and performing creative strategies and content that effectively attract users. Experience with analytics and optimization of creatives. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Independence and willingness to push the processes. Flexibility and adaptability to fast change. English at B2 (upper-intermediate) level or higher. Ability to balance creativity with performance goals. Strong ideation skills combined with structured thinking. Understanding of modern trends across social media platforms. Будет плюсом: 1+ years would be a plus; Experience with AI and its integration into workflows; Profound work experience with one of the platforms (in order of priority): Google, Applovin, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest
