Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group in West Chester, PA seeks an experienced Marketing Leader to shape objectives, strategies, and programs with Product Managers to form integrated plans. You will lead market research, communications, and product planning, and drive campaigns across digital, print, email, social, and events while ensuring consistency of branding across channels.

This role requires strong PM and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of creative marketing experience in regulated industry.
• Proven track record developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency with Canva and other graphic design tools.
• Strong digital marketing knowledge including social media, email marketing, and website management.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

Location: 4 days/week on site/ 1 day remote West Chester, PA

Position Description: Initiate marketing objectives, strategies, programs, and policies working with Product Managers to create an overall marketing vision into integrated business plans, tactics, projects, and deliverables

• Leads critical marketing functions, including market research, communications, and product planning.
• And develops operational processes and policies that streamline decision-making and promote collaboration between marketing functions.
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Create and manage marketing campaigns across digital, print, email, social media, and trade show channels.
• Develop compelling marketing content, including brochures, presentations, advertisements, newsletters, website content, and social media materials.
• Utilize Canva to design and update marketing collateral, presentations, graphics, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Sales, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and Executive Leadership.
• Manage company branding and ensure consistency across all communication channels.
• Coordinate trade shows, conferences, industry events, and customer‑facing marketing activities.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance.
• Maintain and update company website content and digital marketing platforms.
• Support lead generation initiatives and customer engagement programs.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and marketing partners.
• Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving marketing technologies.
• Performs other duties or special projects as required or as assigned by a supervisor.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree 8+ years of creative marketing experience within a regulated industry.
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency with Canva and other graphic design and content creation tools.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and website management.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams.
