Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking a Growth Enablement Manager to lead demand activation plans for the product-focused line. You will partner with leadership and regional marketing to craft campaigns, events, and lead programs targeting technology-focused decision-makers.

Responsibilities include equipping sellers with messaging, market intelligence, and assets, collaborating across marketing and BD teams, and measuring program performance to scale successful strategies.

Qualificações

• 6+ years of field marketing experience in a B2B environment.
• Product marketing or product-focused experience.
• Experience building demand-generation, account-based marketing, or sales-enablement programs that support complex sales cycles.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot.

About the Job

Build firmwide demand activation plans for the product-focused business line in partnership with leadership and regional marketing leaders.

Develop targeted campaigns, events, and lead programs that engage technology-focused decision-makers and generate new opportunities.

Equip sellers with messaging, market intelligence, campaign assets, and other tools that support business development efforts.

About You

6+ years of field marketing experience in a B2B environment.

Product marketing or product-focused experience.

Experience building demand-generation, account-based marketing, or sales-enablement programs that support complex sales cycles.

Hands-on experience with HubSpot.

Experience with technology solutions, professional services, consulting, nonprofit organizations, or fundraising.

About the Position

Salary: $95,000-$115,000.

Schedule: Full-time, remote.

Location: Ideally based near an office, with New York City preferred. Philadelphia, Chicago, and Los Angeles are also of interest.

Travel required for team meetings, events, and collaboration.
