Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a dedicated Business Analyst to drive requirements gathering, process modeling, and solution evaluation in partnership with stakeholders. You will facilitate workshops, create process maps, and ensure alignment across cross-functional teams throughout project lifecycles.

The role emphasizes clear communication, documentation, and proactive collaboration to deliver effective IT and business solutions within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for requirements gathering and documentation, which includes conducting interviews, workshops, and meetings to gather necessary information.
• Responsible for business process analysis, which includes developing process maps, flowcharts, and other visual representation to illustrate processes.
• Responsible for solution design and evaluation, where they collaborate with stakeholders to define solution options and evaluate their feasibility.
• Responsible for stakeholder engagement and communication, which includes facilitating communication and collaboration among stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Responsible for project support and collaboration, which includes providing support to project teams, and collaboration with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
