Job summary

Zeely Inc. is seeking a talented creative mind to join our team and develop Zeely’s creative strategy, launching bold, breakthrough concepts into testing and scaling for the US market.

You’ll own the creative performance process from hypothesis to results in analytical reports, collaborating with Motion Designers, Growth PMs, and Influencer Marketing Managers to drive growth and impact.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in creative marketing.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing and key metrics.
• Ability to analyze data and turn insights into creative hypotheses.
• Strong research skills and the ability to find ideas across multiple channels and sources.
• Deep understanding of hooks, attention triggers, and social media trends.
• Strong creative intuition and the ability to identify patterns in what works on Meta / TikTok.
• English Upper-Intermediate+ (working with the US market).
• Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and ability to make independent decisions.
• Nice to have: Experience working with multiple niches/products.
• Nice to have: Experience using AI tools in creative workflows.

Responsibilities
