Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on commercial DevOps experience.
• 5+ years of practical AWS experience with EKS, EC2, RDS, SQS, S3, OpenSearch, etc.
• Strong Kubernetes administration and troubleshooting, preferably with EKS.
• Advanced Terraform experience with reusable modules and multi-provider infra.
• Hands-on GCP experience, including BigQuery or data pipelines.
• Strong Linux, networking, and security fundamentals.
• Experience owning production infra, observability, and incident response.
• Ability to explain trade-offs and drive improvements to implementation.
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2) and Ukrainian for day-to-day teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve AWS infrastructure across EKS, EC2, RDS, S3, and more.
• Manage and scale GCP environments supporting AI services and data pipelines.
• Maintain infrastructure across Cloudflare and Hetzner, including networking and edge services.
• Develop and maintain Terraform IaC with reusable modules.
• Operate and improve Kubernetes production environments with reliability and deployment stability.
• Strengthen observability with metrics, logs, traces, and APM.
• Improve monitoring and alerting to reduce noise and support incident response.
• Collaborate with engineering to improve CI/CD pipelines and developer experience.
• Contribute to multi-cloud strategy and cloud cost optimization.
• Participate in on-call rotations (L2) and drive lasting improvements.

Join Zeely AI as a Senior DevOps Engineer and take ownership of evolving and scaling the infrastructure behind our agentic AI marketing platform. We’re looking for a senior infrastructure engineer who can design resilient systems, define infrastructure standards, and turn complex operational challenges into reliable, maintainable solutions. You’ll work closely with fellow DevOps engineers, our Principal System Architect, and engineering teams across a multi-cloud environment. Your work will support growing AI workloads and our expansion into B2B and enterprise: improving reliability, deployment workflows, observability, and cloud efficiency. • Own and improve AWS infrastructure, including EKS, EC2, RDS, SQS, S3, OpenSearch, and related services, balancing reliability, scalability, performance, and cost.
• Manage and scale GCP environments supporting AI services, data pipelines, and analytics workloads, including BigQuery.
• Maintain supporting infrastructure across Cloudflare and Hetzner, including networking, edge services, and production traffic routing.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, building reusable modules and consistent practices across cloud providers.
• Operate and improve Kubernetes production environments, including availability, autoscaling, troubleshooting, and deployment stability.
• Strengthen observability across metrics, logs, traces, and APM, improving visibility into application and infrastructure performance.
• Improve monitoring and alerting to reduce noise, surface actionable issues, and support effective incident response.
• Partner with engineering teams to improve CI/CD pipelines, release reliability, and developer experience.
• Contribute to infrastructure architecture and our multi-cloud strategy, with a primary focus on AWS and GCP.
• Drive cloud cost optimization and FinOps practices while maintaining performance and reliability.
• Participate in on-call rotations (L2), investigate critical infrastructure incidents, and turn findings into lasting improvements.

• 6+ years of hands-on commercial DevOps experience.
• 5+ years of practical AWS experience, including EKS, EC2, RDS, SQS, S3, OpenSearch, and related infrastructure components.
• Strong Kubernetes administration and troubleshooting skills, preferably with EKS.
• Advanced Terraform experience, including reusable modules, state management, and multi-provider infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with GCP, ideally including BigQuery, Compute Engine, or infrastructure supporting data pipelines.
• Strong Linux, networking, and security fundamentals.
• Experience taking ownership of production infrastructure, observability, alerting, and incident response.
• The ability to make technical decisions, explain trade-offs, and drive improvements through to implementation.
• Upper-Intermediate English / B2 or higher, including communication with external providers and technical stakeholders.
• Fluent Ukrainian for day-to-day team communication.
• Availability to collaborate during CET/EET working hours.
• Experience with Cloudflare, including R2, caching, or edge services.
• Experience with Hetzner infrastructure.
• Experience optimizing OpenSearch or ELK stack performance.
• Experience deploying, operating, or monitoring infrastructure for AI/ML workloads.
• Experience with FinOps and cloud cost optimization.
• Experience leading infrastructure initiatives or mentoring engineers.
