Job summary

Claire's is seeking a Marketing Intern for Summer 2027 to join our Marketing team. This internship offers exposure to how a retail brand connects with customers through campaigns, content, digital channels, stores, and cultural moments.

As an Intern, you'll support campaigns, conduct research, and gain experience across social media, brand marketing, and content development while collaborating with Creative, Merchandising, E-commerce, and Retail teams.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, Digital Marketing, or related field.
• Strong interest in branding, social media, retail, fashion, and consumer trends.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office; familiarity with digital or social platforms is a plus.
• Organized, collaborative, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Curious and eager to contribute ideas.
• Expected graduation date of December 2027 or later preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support marketing campaigns, initiatives, and project coordination.
• Assist with consumer, competitor, and trend research.
• Gain exposure to social media, digital marketing, brand marketing, and content development.
• Help organize creative assets, campaign materials, and presentations.
• Review campaign or channel performance and assist with reporting.
• Participate in brainstorming and planning sessions.
• Collaborate with Creative, Merchandising, E-commerce, Retail, and other cross-functional teams.
• Support special projects and evolving marketing priorities.
