Job summary

Claire’s is seeking a Planning Intern for Summer 2027 to join our Planning team. The internship provides hands-on exposure to sales trends, inventory, and customer demand in a fast-paced retail environment.

You’ll assist with forecasting, reporting, and analysis, collaborating with Buying and cross-functional teams. Ideal candidates are pursuing a bachelor’s in Business/Analytics and graduating after December 2027.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, Analytics, Merchandising, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in retail planning, inventory, and business performance.
• Comfortable working with numbers and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly and effectively.
• Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn.
• Graduation date December 2027 or later preferred.

About the Opportunity

Claire’s is looking for an analytical and curious student to join our Planning team as a Summer 2027 Intern. This internship offers the opportunity to learn how data, inventory, sales trends, and customer demand come together to support business decisions in a fast-paced retail environment.

As a Planning Intern, you’ll gain exposure to the tools and processes our teams use to help ensure we have the right product, in the right place, at the right time.
