Job summary

Roadrunner is seeking a creative Marketing Coordinator in Downers Grove, IL to design, film, write, and ship compelling content across digital and print channels. You’ll own campaigns from concept to execution, coordinating with vendors, sales, and talent teams in a lean, fast-moving PE-backed environment.

You should bring hands-on experience with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, video/photo capabilities, CMS management, and a knack for on-brand storytelling that engages drivers, owner-operators,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven ability to create on-brand marketing content across channels.
• Experience with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Comfort in front of and behind the camera for video and photography.
• CMS experience and website management skills.
• Experience with event marketing and multi-channel campaigns.
• Strong writing and visual storytelling.
• Familiarity with AI tools to accelerate production.
• Ability to work in a lean, fast-moving environment with multiple hats.
• Experience in transportation, logistics, or B2B industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and ship high-impact marketing content across digital and print channels.
• Coordinate multi-channel campaigns with internal teams and vendors.
• Maintain website content and social media presence, including landing pages.
• Manage the marketing calendar, budgets, and process improvements.
• Produce recruitment and culture content to attract drivers and operators.
