You will manage social media, create presentations, support podcast promotion, and help maintain brand consistency while coordinating multiple projects. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of marketing experience with strong writing and design skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Graphic Design, or related field.
• 2+ years of marketing experience.
• Strong eye for design, layout, and visual storytelling.
• Experience managing social media across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube.
• Proficiency with Canva and presentation design tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage content across multiple social media platforms.
• Design graphics, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Develop and schedule social posts, monitor engagement, and track metrics.
• Assist with podcast production, promotion, content repurposing, and distribution.
• Build PowerPoint and Google Slides presentations for leadership, events, and organizational initiatives.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and other channels.
• Maintain content calendars and ensure timely completion of marketing projects.
• Write compelling marketing copy for social media, websites, presentations, emails, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and execute creative marketing initiatives.
• Stay current on marketing trends, social media best practices, and emerging digital tools.
• Assist with website updates, event promotion, video content, and other marketing projects as needed.
• Support internal communications and organizational branding efforts.
