  • Maintain and enforce visual brand guidelines across internal and external channels.

  • Lead the development and refinement of sub-brands and program branding within the larger HHS identity framework.

  • Creative Direction & Execution

  • Oversee concepting and execution of creative assets, including digital campaigns, print collateral, presentations, video storyboarding, photography, and other supporting materials.

  • Drive the creation of visual storytelling that reflects the company’s mission and values.

  • Manage large-scale creative initiatives from kickoff through delivery.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of graphic designers, setting clear expectations and encouraging professional growth.

  • Maintain an efficient project pipeline, prioritizing, scoping appropriately, and delivering work on time.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to ensure creative work meets strategic objectives.

Vendor & Partner Management

  • Manage external creative partners (e.g., freelance designers, photographers, videographers, and agencies).

  • Oversee vendor selection, contract negotiations, and project management to ensure consistency and quality.

  • Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Align creative priorities with business goals and marketing objectives.

  • Monitor creative team output, adjusting timelines and workflows.

  • Track and report on project delivery metrics, ensuring consistent output and identifying areas of optimization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or equivalent experience.

  • 5+ years of experience in a creative leadership or senior design role.

  • Demonstrated experience managing a brand across multiple channels and touchpoints.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom), Canva, and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides, etc.) as well as overall Google Drive.
