Job summary

Shaner Hotels is seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our kitchen team. Plan, prep, set up and deliver quality service for menu items and daily specials in accordance with our standards and plating guides.

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, assist with budgets and cost controls, and ensure all food is prepared and served safely. Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a line cook or relevant role.
• In depth knowledge of sanitation principles and food preparation.
• Ability to communicate with guests and staff clearly.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prep, set up and provide quality service in all areas of food production for menu items and specials in the designated outlets in accordance with standards and plating guide specifications.
