Apple Retail is where the best of Apple comes together, and this Creative role helps customers set up products and connect to the Apple ecosystem. You’ll lead Today at Apple sessions, delivering engaging experiences to inspire customers to discover, own, and love Apple products.

In this position you’ll foster inclusion, support on the sales floor, and demonstrate Apple’s values while adapting sessions to diverse audiences and busy retail environments in Bethesda, MD.

Qualifications

• Availability for nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Experience in retail or sales.
• Experience with teaching or public presentations is a plus.
• Adapt facilitation styles to diverse audiences.
• Understanding of the Apple ecosystem and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging Today at Apple sessions to customers.
• Generate excitement and engagement for Apple products and services.
• Create interactive experiences to maximize product utilization.
• Recommend solutions that meet customer needs and set up devices.
• Support customer-facing activities on or off the sales floor.
