Job summary

System One is hiring a Creative Lead – eCommerce & Brand to join its in-house creative team in Columbus, Ohio. This hands-on, player-coach role requires leading while continuing to deliver high-quality design work across ecommerce and brand initiatives.

You will collaborate with Brand, Ecommerce, Product Development, Sales, and leadership, translating complex product specs into visually compelling content and copy.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional design/ecommerce experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating fundamentals in layout, typography, branding, and digital design.
• Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Ability to take projects from concept through final execution without extensive supervision.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to translate product specs into clear, customer-friendly communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Remain hands-on in design and production of creative content for Amazon listings, digital ads, packaging, and web assets.
• Use Figma and Adobe Creative Suite to create scalable systems, templates, and assets.
• Translate product specs into clear visual and written communication.
• Lead day-to-day creative team activities, prioritizing work and giving direction.
• Bridge strategy and execution, turning direction into actionable projects.
• Own projects from concept to final execution and mentorship of peers.
