The position is hybrid, requiring three days per week in the Renton office, and offers a competitive pay range with incentives and benefits as part of the overall package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years demonstrated ability in creative production, tabletop publishing, games, or related field.
• 2+ years managing creative professionals or project-based teams, including coaching and workload planning.
• Experience leading cross-functional creative projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong operational instincts: documenting processes and building repeatable workflows.
• Experience with freelancers, vendors, budgets, schedules, and external partner relationships.
• Strong communication skills to turn ambiguous goals into scoped plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage creative teams, supporting performance, career growth, and team culture.
• Own task tracking for products, balancing capacity, budgets, timelines, and playtesting needs.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate goals into clear vision and deliverables.
• Keep teams aligned by running stand-ups, tracking risks, and documenting decisions.
• Build scalable workflows and vendor pipelines for emerging product models.
