This hybrid role requires three days in Renton, WA, with cross‑functional collaboration to deliver authentic, accessible experiences that honor iconic worlds and engage players.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in game design, product innovation, or related roles with ownership of design direction.
• Strong understanding of D&D and RPG systems, mechanics, progression, and narrative impact.
• Experience collaborating with partners and licensed properties to fit established worlds.

Responsibilities

• Shape the design vision for new play experiences and product formats with senior leadership.
• Lead and mentor a team of game designers, setting high craft and collaboration standards.
• Hands-on design development, driving key initiatives and creative solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain the spirit of each world.
