Qualifications

• 7+ years in conceptual creative, interactive or experiential roles where technology is central.
• Portfolio showing strong conceptual thinking across brands, campaigns or experiences.
• Ability to originate ideas and develop them from concept to compelling outcomes.
• Strong strategic and creative problem-solving with briefs to execution.
• Prototyping ideas using code, AI tools, or design tools.
• Familiarity with generative AI models and prompt development.

Responsibilities

• Own bold conceptual ideas for brand campaigns, launches, partnerships, and experiences.
• Translate blockchain, payments, and infra into clear, engaging narratives.
• Approach briefs as strategic problems aligning audience insight, idea, and execution.
• Explore AI and emerging tech to unlock new creative possibilities.
• Prototype ideas using AI, code, design tools, and other methods.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, engineers, and leaders to deliver polished executions.
• Maintain high creative craft to ensure idea strength carries through final experiences.
