Job summary

Circle, NYSE: CRCL, is seeking a senior creative lead to shape brand stories across campaigns and launches. You will translate complex blockchain and payments infrastructure into engaging narratives and work with cross-functional teams to move ideas from concept to polished executions.

You will explore AI and emerging technologies to unlock new creative possibilities, prototype with code and design tools, and maintain a high bar for craft in standalone and live experiences.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of conceptual creative, interactive, experiential, or related roles where technology is central.
• Portfolio of high-quality work across brands, campaigns, or experiences.
• Ability to originate ideas and develop them from concept to outcomes.
• Strong problem-solving to interpret briefs and identify opportunities.
• Proven ability to prototype ideas using code, AI tools, or design methods.
• Familiarity with generative AI models (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) and prompt development.

Responsibilities

• Own development of bold conceptual ideas for brand campaigns, launches, partnerships, and experiences.
• Simplify blockchain, payments, and financial infrastructure into clear narratives.
• Approach briefs as strategic problems aligning audience insight, idea, and execution.
• Explore AI and emerging tech to unlock creative possibilities and integrate tech into the process.
• Prototype ideas using AI, code, design tools, and other methods.
• Partner with designers, copywriters, engineers, and creative leaders to realize polished executions.
• Maintain high craft standards so the original idea carries through final experiences.
