Job summary

Circle is seeking a senior creative leader to own bold brand storytelling across campaigns, launches, partnerships, and immersive activations. You’ll translate blockchain, payments, and fintech infrastructure into clear, engaging narratives, collaborating with design, engineering, and copy teams to move ideas from concept to polished execution.

You’ll explore AI and emerging tech to unlock new creative possibilities, prototype ideas with code and design tools, and maintain high craft standards

Qualifications

• 7+ years in conceptual creative, interactive, experiential, innovation, or equivalent roles where technology is central.
• Portfolio of high-quality work across brands/campaigns/experiences.
• Ability to originate ideas and develop them from concept to outcomes.
• Strong strategic and creative problem-solving to interpret briefs and identify opportunities.
• Prototype and make ideas tangible using code, AI tools, design tools, or other methods.
• Familiarity with generative AI models (ChatGPT, Gemini) and prompt development.

• Owning development of bold conceptual ideas for brand campaigns, launches, partnerships, and experiences
• Simplifying blockchain, payments, and financial infrastructure into clear narratives
• Approaching briefs as strategic problems aligning audience insight, idea, and execution
• Exploring AI and emerging technologies to unlock creative possibilities
• Experimenting and prototyping ideas using AI, code, design tools
• Partnering with designers, copywriters, engineers, and creative leaders to realize executions
• Maintaining a high bar for creative craft so the original idea shines through
