Aufgaben

• Cook and prepare a variety of food according to recipes
• Set up workstation with needed ingredients and equipment
• Prepare ingredients by measuring, weighing, chopping, trimming, and peeling
• Safely use knives and operate ovens, stoves, slicers, mixers
• Bake, roast, broil, steam with various methods
• Garnish and portion food per guidelines
• Store food following safety policies
• Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive demeanor
• Follow Aramark safety policies including food safety and sanitation
• Ensure security of company assets
