Aramark is seeking a motivated Cook to join our culinary team. You will work with fresh ingredients and a variety of equipment to bring recipes to life, while following safety and production guidelines.

You’ll explore different cuisines and cooking styles, all while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer service. The role requires previous cooking experience, knowledge of food preparation and safety, and the ability to obtain a food safety certificate.

Competenze

• Experience as a cook or related role.
• Knowledge of basic food preparation and safety.
• Must be able to acquire food safety certification.
• Demonstrate basic math and counting skills.
• Interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.

Mansioni

• Cooks and prepares a variety of food according to recipes and guidelines.
• Sets up workstation with needed ingredients and equipment.
• Prepares ingredients by measuring, weighing, and chopping.
• Operates ovens, stoves, slicers, mixers and other equipment.
• Bakes, roasts, broils, steams and uses various cooking methods.
• Garnishes and portions food per guidelines; stores food safely.
• Maintains sanitation and safety in work areas and equipment.
• Provides excellent guest service with a positive demeanor.
